Community Foundation of Orange Orange at Heart Gala

Guests entered Grand Gimeno’s Courtyard and checked in for the Community Foundation of Orange Orange at Heart Gala. Beer and wine were flowing while everyone mixed, mingled, and participated in a silent auction inside where sponsors donated beautiful gift baskets for the cause. Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese and Mascarpone Tarts made their rounds to hungry guests. After the social hour, guests headed back to the Olive Grove for a sit-down dinner, presentation, and live auction.

Tables were topped with rustic crates filled with vibrant yellow flowers and oranges to match the theme. A live band serenaded everyone to their assigned seats and a welcome speech was shared followed by a few presentations from the non-profit members. During the presentations, Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Chicken Sonoma with Roasted Golden Beet Salad, Roasted Broccolini and Parmesan Polenta were served with table-side wine. After dinner guests enjoyed a live auction and our Italian Dessert Station with a collection of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bars, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes. The evening ended with many great connections and high spirits!
